Areas such as personality, motivation, leadership, performance enhancement, aggression, stress and anxiety, and reinforcement will be highlighted. The course will cover competition and cooperation; team dynamics and cohesion; diversity and inclusion; exercise adherence; and children in sport and exercise. In addition, the course will investigate the benefits of sport and exercise participation on psychological wellbeing.
