Student Teaching in Visual Arts II

Description

240 hrs., 3–4 periods of daily participation or its equivalent for 15 weeks in a 7–12th grade setting. The course provides undergraduate students in the Art Education program with school-based teaching experience that prepares them to teach at the 7–12th grade level. Students are expected to prepare lesson plans and update and maintain student teaching portfolios.
