Directed Study in Advanced Chemistry

Self-study and mastery of select advanced topics in one of the sub-disciplines of chemistry (i.e., organic, inorganic, analytical, physical and biochemistry) through reading and practice. Students must consult with the course instructor and individual mentor for reading materials and assignments. Assignments will be submitted to and approved by the department. May be repeated for a maximum of eight credits provided the topic is different.
