Description

The foundations necessary for understanding the current processes of developing effective data visualizations. Topics include sourcing/collecting data, data cleaning, data analysis and presentation. The first half of the semester is dedicated to designing static data visualizations and the second half of the semester is focused on using web languages (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) to create interactive data driven graphics.
