Studio Lighting I

This entry-level course will introduce students to the fundamental techniques and principles of basic studio lighting. Students will learn how to use different continuous lighting and strobe equipment to be used in studio and location settings. Students will learn the principles of metering and exposure for analog and digital and how to control the quality, intensity and direction of the light. Students will understand the principles of color temperature and learn how to control the color balance in their pictures while shooting. This course has a Material and Transportation Fee.
