Description
Non-profit organizations play a vital role in the development, delivery, and assessment of public policies and services. This course will examine how non-profit organizations develop and deliver their programs and advocacy agendas to serve their communities. The focus will be on strategic planning, designing and creating service programs, and identifying the program’s intended beneficiaries. It will review program evaluation including the creation of indicators needed to monitor a program’s success and opportunities for improvement. It will also focus on communication and program marketing, emphasizing community and public awareness of programs and making them accessible.
