Writing about Music

MUSIC 121 fulfills the College Writing 2 requirement and builds on the work of English 110 (College Writing 1), in order to teach the conventions of writing in the discipline of music. Writing-intensive class open to students from all majors and schools. The content is focused on the various genres of writing; repertoire will beselected from classical or popular musics of the Western world. May be repeated for credit once if the topic changes. (EC2)
