Not open to students who have completed CHIN 101, 102 or 203. A review of basic grammar with emphasis on reading and writing skills for students who are fluent in the spoken language but have little previous experience in the written language. Instruction will be primarily in Mandarin Chinese. Completion of this course is equivalent to completion of CHIN 203.
