A continuation of ARTS 182 with an additional focus on concepts and content. Students are given initial instruction in techniques such as casting and mold making and the use of power equipment and hand tools. Emphasis is also placed on viewing and discussion of work in galleries and museums. The topic and necessary preparation will be announced before registration, and the course may be taken a total of two times for credit if the topic is different.This course has an M&T Fee.
